Pricing

Start with one real operation, then scale from evidence

LiftKept is currently pricing paid pilots around a defined operational scope rather than publishing a generic seat calculator. The aim is to prove field adoption, data quality and control before a wider rollout.

  • One operational site or loft
  • Real register import
  • Measured checkout, quarantine and audit workflows

Pilot scope

A working slice of your operation

We agree the asset set, locations, roles and safety rules, then configure the smallest environment that can prove the workflow end to end.

  • Register import and validation
  • Field and supervisor setup
  • Inspection and certificate rules where required

Success criteria

Decide up front what has to improve

A pilot should answer whether crews use the workflow, whether custody becomes clearer and whether blocked or exceptional cases are handled faster.

  • Checkout completion time
  • Known custody and location rate
  • Overdue, quarantine and approval resolution

Scale

Production pricing follows operational footprint

The commercial model will reflect active sites, users, assets and integration requirements. We will publish standard tiers once the pilot programme produces enough evidence to make them meaningful.

  • No feature theatre in the pilot
  • Export path remains available
  • Enterprise controls scoped separately

Next step

Scope a paid pilot

Bring one register, one location structure and the workflow that causes the most friction. We will turn that into a concrete pilot proposal.
