Equipment record
Each tagged asset has a current location, accountable person, serviceability state, inspection position and complete event history. The register is operational, not a document archive that drifts away from the field.
Field control
Crews can scan several items into a batch and complete normal movement quickly. Quarantined, retired, missing or compliance-blocked equipment cannot quietly pass through the same path.
Compliance evidence
Inspection schemes, certificates and asset state are evaluated together. When policy says an item is not eligible for issue, the control sits in the workflow rather than in a report someone may never open.
